I initially inquired about a property in North Fork with Coldwell Banker.
Mike and Cathy Saenz were assigned to meet me and were willing to show me the property at my convenience. I did not have an agent at the time. When Mike and I met I was initially skeptical when he said that they would take care of my every need as my agents. 

But they proceeded to do just that. Always picked up my calls, answered direct questions about the property, and also totally unrelated questions. Offered guidance with grace and humbleness. With Mike’s firefighting background he also said that “Your success is our success”. I truly felt like they were joining in on the bliss of new home ownership while simultaneously working on my behalf.

The property was a probate sale. Was also in the midst of a notice of default, and had a reverse mortgage. A plethora of issues. Plenty of back and forth, push and pull. Mike and Cathy glided us through like a surfer in a pipeline. Awesome experience overall.
